- Customer support Customer support and assistance
Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the golf course. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. If a booking cannot be confirmed, you will be notified and offered alternative options.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Minors can play golf but must be accompanied by an adult who made the booking.
Group Bookings
Group bookings (4 or more players) may be subject to special terms and conditions. Please contact us for group booking arrangements.
Payment Terms
- Full payment required at booking
- Major credit cards accepted
- Prices in Thai Baht (THB)
Payment Required
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your tee time. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
Currency
All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB). Foreign currency payments may be subject to conversion fees imposed by your bank.
Price Changes
Golf course prices may change without notice. However, confirmed bookings will honor the price agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation & Refund Policy
Standard refund policy (may vary by course): Important: Cancellation policies may vary by golf course. Please check specific terms at the time of booking.
Standard Cancellation
- 48+ hours: Full refund More than 48 hours: Full refund
- 24-48 hours: 50% refund
- Less than 24h: No refund Less than 24 hours: No refund
Weather Cancellations
If a golf course closes due to severe weather conditions, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
Your Responsibilities User Responsibilities
- Arrive on time Arrive at the golf course on time for your tee time
- Follow course rules Follow golf course rules and dress codes
- Provide accurate information during booking
- Notify us immediately of any changes or issues
- Use website lawfully Use the website lawfully and not for unauthorized purposes
Limitation of Liability
Pattaya Golf Courses acts as an intermediary between customers and golf courses. We are not liable for:
- Injuries or accidents occurring at golf courses
- Course conditions or maintenance issues
- Weather-related disruptions
- Loss or damage of personal property
- Third-party transportation services
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
